REFUND POLICY

At [Wednesday Mountain Works], we value each guest’s experience and safety. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

 

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation and to cover preparation costs for your tour (planning, route checks, etc.).

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one time only).

 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will result in forfeiture of your deposit or full payment.

  • No-shows (without notice) are subject to 100% charge and may not be accepted for future bookings.

  • For emergencies or illness, please contact us as early as possible. We will evaluate the situation case-by-case.

 

3. Weather & Safety-Related Cancellations

If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather, avalanche risk, or other safety concerns determined by the guide, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule to another available date

 

4. After Tour Has Started

Once the tour has started, no refunds will be issued—even in case of early return due to fatigue, injury, or personal reasons.
Participation is at your own risk and physical responsibility.

 

5. Merchandise (if applicable)

All merchandise sales (apparel, gear, etc.) are final. Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
