TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to [Wednesday Mountain Works]. By booking a tour or participating in our mountain guide services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Health

Our tours are open to participants aged 18 or older. Minors (age 16–17) may join with a parent or guardian’s written consent.
Participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any health issues (e.g. asthma, heart disease, injuries) or medications in advance. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.

2. Weather and Conditions

Tour content and schedule may change due to weather, snow, or safety concerns. The guide reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour at any time.

3. Equipment

Participants are responsible for bringing proper gear (e.g. clothing, skis, beacon, probe, shovel).
Rental options may be available upon request. Improper or incomplete gear may result in denial of participation.

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a full charge.

• Weather-related cancellations by the guide will be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your participation may be denied and no refund will be issued.

6. Accompanying Persons

Non-participants are not allowed on guided tours unless specifically approved in advance (e.g. family tours). Space in vehicles or mountain huts is limited.

7. Risk and Responsibility

Mountain activities carry inherent risks. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.
The guide is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or force majeure events during the tour.

8. Photo and Video

Photos may be taken during the tour for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please let us know in advance.
Unauthorized filming or drone use may be restricted in protected areas.

9. Agreement

By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and that you participate at your own risk.
